The grade SAS-O2 is a non synthetic water base instant food grade adhesive and had specially been developed for the bonding purpose of porous with non-porous film materials like foil, P.V.C., B.O.P., POLYESTER, CELLOPHANE, with PAPER and PAPER BOARD.

The film character of SAS-O2 is transparent, flexible and non-breakable.

Its requisite moisture level give the film long-term bonding capacity, without any bad side effects like corrosion, Cracking, delamination and discolourization.

The acid value of SAS-O2 is very low, like 0.1 (as oleic acid). So there is no chance of corrosion in the output for long storage.

SAS-O2 is high solid content adhesive, the solid part of the adhesive never be settled down and the distribution of the solid will be same every time each part of the film as well as in the adhesive. As a result of that, quicker setting and fast drying which gives stable effect to the bonding.

As the solid content of SAS-O2 is high and low viscosity (30 -  40 Sec., 4B ford cup) it can be coated as low as 0.6 grams. / sqm. Which is also very cost effective compare to other glue available in the market.

SAS-O2 improved pin adhesion, does not penetrate the paper due to lower viscosity and higher percentage of solid at the same time the soluble portion of solid is drawn into the surface of the porous materials being bonded, as the glues dries.

As SAS-O2 is an instant glue it does not require any extra hidden cost for processing the same. In this way it increases indirectly more production time instead of unnecessary consuming labour for producing the glue, which is ultimately cost effective.

"SAS-O2" is 100% Pollution Free, Eco-Friendly, Bio-Degradable and has long self life of 12 months.

There is no handling hazard and pollution during lamination from SAS-O2.
